A few words about education
Our philosophy makes us actively calculate and rely on the person who processes coffee from the raw material which is uncut roasted coffee into a coffee beverage by first taking the extract from the coffee machine. So we rely on this man called barista.
The barista or coffee maker we call him here in Greece, is the A and the Z so that our coffee comes out perfect, sweet, rich in taste and aroma, as we have taken care of everything else, that is, to have a good coffee, to we have a well maintained and cleaned coffee machine / grinder (cutter) as well as rich and “delicious” water.
So taking care of the above strands, we want to transfer and we are ready for it, our knowledge to people who want to learn about coffee, how to process it in its final form in the right way so that we get all the positive flavors and aromas characteristics and get as close as possible to the perfect result.
